All you may need for a perfect stay in Villa Radiosa
For clients choosing to stay in our property, with an extensive knowledge of the area and one of us being fluent in both English and Italian we are able to offer our clients peace of mind that if they need us for help and advice, we are never far away, just 1 min away by car!
We ask that our guests telephone us on arrival at the airport so that we can arrange a time to meet in the town center, from where we will guide up to Villa Radiosa and go through general house keeping and give you the opportunity to ask questions and advice.
If you require assistance we will help as much as possible during our guests stay. Help is at hand at all times, from neeting in town & taking you straight to the villa to sorting out car hire problems or doctor visits, giving info & recomendations on restaurants, beaches, places of interest, to a free tour around our town to show you the best places to eat & shop.
There will be no comunicating problems as I speak fluent English and Italian.
A complimentary wine rack full of Sicilian wines, a large food hamper included free of charge by owners for you to enjoy during your stay.
Price includes: Bed linen for all guests, water, electricity (normal use)
Property arrival is after 1600hrs .
Departure is by 9am to give time for the villa to be prepared for our next guests.
Smoking is permitted only outside the villa.
The owner will need to clean the swimming pool twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays . So not to disturb your tranquil poolside experience if you let us know if you plan on being out for some of the day we can also do this in your absence.
The property is also safe having an alarm system for the use of our guests.
